Episode 3 - Heart-Centered Leadership Is Always In Style!

This episode is sponsored by Davwill Consulting Inc. - New online course!

Paul Kezin has had a career retailer with 30 years of experience leading people and building strong businesses in fashion retail.

He started part-time as a sales associate with Gap Inc. and spanning 26 years he worked his way through to senior executive roles including several years experience in Japan where he was the General Manager for Banana Republic Japan. Paul has been fortunate to be able to have two countries to call home as he has spent half of his career in Canada and half in Japan. Over the past 4 years he was Chief Commercial Officer with Cole Haan Japan, and most recently working to expand on his leadership skill set and experiences to offer consulting services.

The international experience Paul has gained, has further refined his inclusive leadership style, appreciating and understanding how to balance the varied needs of stakeholders across cultures and geographies.

Paul prides himself on being an attentive listener, collaborator, and influencer; using these skills to nurture relationships, bring brands to life, contribute to business expansion, and deliver results. He believes in leading from the heart and always work with authenticity, honesty, empathy, integrity and transparency, since these qualities lead to an open culture and a safe environment for people to learn, grow, and perform.

In his free time (when not locked down), Paul loves to spend time with his family, to travel and explore, and to stay active through sport and exercise.
