Katrijn van Oudheusden coaches for selfless, servant leadership.
With over 20 years of international experience as a coach, management consultant, and organization development professional, she has focused her coaching practice on guiding leaders toward authentic, effortless selfless leadership, using a unique online process that applies 16 tested practices from world wisdom traditions.
Katrijn has completed personal coach and non-dual coach training, Byron Katie's School for The Work, as well as systemic organization development qualifications. Her coaching is based on her understanding of non-dual approaches, which emphasize the unity of all existence.
Originally from Belgium, Katrijn grew up as an ex-pat child in Bangkok, Thailand. After university and her first work experience in the Netherlands, she moved to Germany in 2008. She serves leaders located all over the world in English, Dutch, and German from her home in Frankfurt.
Just last month, she published Selfless Leadership: A Complete Guide to Awakening the Servant Leader Within. It’s essentially a self-coaching book that gives you as much support as she can give without actually coaching you directly.
