After coming to Europe, he spent three years with the Siemens AG as a lead facilitator for business communication and intercultural management programs. Later he founded N Vision Learning Solutions GmbH, a leadership consultancy based in Munich.
At N Vision Learning, he was the Managing Director and Senior Learning Partner, helping senior clients improve their leadership team performance to drive strategic success and create cultures of ownership.
His educational background is in psychology and criminology. He is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach®, a Narrative Coach Certified Practitioner™ and a member of the Society of the Advancement of Consulting.
He has completed post graduate work in strategic selling and negotiating, cross-cultural dynamics, conflict, executive coaching, strategy development and team building. He is a certified facilitator for IDI®, ICI®, MBTI® and the Structogram®.
He has designed and delivered leadership and business growth initiatives in 17 countries in Asia, Europe, and North America.
