Day 298 -What are the benefits of how we work today?

Hybrid and remote working seem to be working well for many companies.

From the leaders and organizations that I am working with globally, this is the overall consensus:

📌Companies are finding that they can still be productive and effective while allowing employees to work remotely.

📌 Employees are also enjoying the flexibility of being able to work from home, and many are reporting increased job satisfaction.

📌Additionally, many companies are finding that their overhead costs are reduced, and their environmental footprints are reduced as well.

📌All in all, it seems that hybrid and remote workplaces are a success.
