Many companies are putting corporate wellness programs in place and encouraging their employees to do yoga and meditate to keep them healthy.
Mindful leadership and the modelling of self-care are beautiful ways to appreciate your staff beyond their roles and responsibilities.
All my βstudentsβ are professionals longing for this type of self-care at work.
They leave something on their yoga mat each week that no longer serves them.
More importantly, they take something to change their way of living. π
