Committed – Being committed as a leader aligns with Quality #7 -Lifelong Learner. Leaders need to spend time outside of their offices. They need to work with their staff and “roll up their sleeves” to calm their worries and get their ideas for improving things. Taking these ideas and transferring them across the company is the key. A leader can build relationships based on trust and confidence if they listen to these ideas. He or she becomes a trusted advisor, which shows that heart-centered leaders want and use continuous improvement.
