Strategist – Communication is one of your best assets as a strategist. You can articulate well. Strategic leaders must communicate clearly; this is practiced and implemented by Quality #3 (Self-Care). Strategic leaders think before acting or speaking and are cognizant of Quality #13 (Attentive Listening). This quality also aligns with Quality #12 (Mindful of Words). Clarity comes from the art of honing the ability to have equanimity.
