Approachable – Being approachable is a leadership skill that requires a daily audit to ensure you’re not missing an opportunity or valuable information. Quite often, leaders have too much to do and don’t realize they aren’t fully present or listening carefully. As a leader at any level, approachability matters even more. Become the leader with an open-door policy. Alignment with Quality #4 (Servant Leadership), Quality #19 (Empathetic), and Quality #12 (Mindful of Words).
