Avid Reader – Leaders have always been known as readers. Allowing yourself to keep the best business concepts at the forefront of your thoughts allows you to stay focused and disciplined with the company’s mission. It also aids in honing your vivid visionary abilities so that you can then apply the discipline and structure required to keep the company moving forward. Leaders should have exposure to new and thoughtful ideas. Choose books that are insightful. Leaders should not be afraid to read something outside the norm.
