Models Self-Care – When you take care of “you,” it demonstrates a deep level of self-awareness. It allows both communication and non-communication skills to be highlighted in a positive manner. White space is a welcome tool in a leader’s calendar. When shared with the team, it is team self-care. This is the foundation for maintaining a healthy, vital culture that fosters Quality #17 (Offering a safe, welcoming environment).
