Quality #1 – TRUTHFUL

Truthful – Being truthful is not easy in leadership; however, it is not a weakness. Shifting your perspective from it being ugly, painful, and humiliating. It aligns with Quality #6 (Own Character). Influential leaders are viewed as honest by employees. They keep everyone abreast of what is happening within the organization — good and bad. Another important outcome of honesty is that it builds trust (Quality #2), one of the most critical elements of solid leadership activities and a vital element of company culture.
