To the women who are or haven labeled…..

Aggressive - Keep being assertive

Bossy - Keep on leading

Difficult - Keep telling the truth

Too Much - Keep taking up space

Complicated - Keep asking hard questions

I wish this change in language was around when I was a young girl.

I experienced all of the negative words.

There was not a female who was willing to foster my leadership skills.

Imagine a world that would foster women of all ages to keep on being…

It would remove Tall Poppy Syndrome.
