Day 213 - W.I.F.M.

For many years, the acronym WIFM has been in all sectors of business.

It’s the barrier that people and leaders struggle with.

What’s In It For Me?

It goes against the meaning of being heart-centered.

Being heart-centered is a behaviour, not a task.

Do unto others without reciprocity.

There should never be anything in ‘it’ — there’s no place for that mindset.

When we do a good deed — it’s for the goodness of who we are.

It doesn’t have to be showcased on social media.

This is where the heart gets lost and people put themselves first to shine the light on them.

The secret? It’s not about us. 💙
